Each year we usually have between 10- 12 horses in training with Andrew Balding, Harry Charlton, Clive Cox, Charles Hill, Ed Walker, Tom Ward or Patrick Chamings.
The horses are owned by Mildmay Racing or one of the associated partnerships. Information on the horses is shared between the syndicates by regular emails and everyone is encouraged to support all the horses. We provide one or two owners badges per share but these are not always taken up so frequently there are spare owners badges available on a first come first served basis.

Granny Franny 2022 is quite a tall filly who should be a medium to late two- year -old and will be better at three as she was a May foal. The dam of this filly was born and raced in the USA and this filly’s pedigree is from the USA through and through because she is by Kameko a son of Kitten’s Joy who was the sire of three capital black type horses out of the dam who herself won three races and was placed four times. Her progeny has been highly successful both in the sales ring and on the race course with five horses selling for between 105,000 euro and 510,000 euro and the three capital black type horses winning over one million dollars between them. This filly should only to win one race and the Americans will be queuing up to buy her.
Her sire, Kameko (Kitten’s Joy ex Sweeter Still) was the joint top rated two- year- old colt in Europe in 2019 and the joint 2nd top three- year -old colt in Europe in 2020 after winning the 2000 Guineas Newmarket Group 1 and the Shadwell Joel Stakes Group 2. He won four races from 7F to a mile and £416,298. He retired to stud in 2021 so his first crop are now yearlings
Her dam, Granny Franny (Grand Slam) is the dam of Kitten’ Dumplings, the winner of 8 races at 2,3 and 5 years including the Queen Elizabeth Challenge Cup Stakes Group 1 and four other Group and Stakes races and £495,480 in prize money. she is also the dam of the multiple Stakes winners Granny’s Kitten and Granny MC’s Kitten who won £329,662 and £190,189 respectively. Since coming to the UK she has been the dam of two winners, namely Bobs Yer Uncle by Bobby’s Kitten and Lion Kingdom by Roaring Loin
The filly is EBF and BC nominated and registered for the £20,000 Great British Bonus and she is eligible to run in the Tattersalls £150,000 October Auction stakes.
